Todos os Dias de Vocês
The series Todos os Dias de Você (‘Every Day of Yours’) presents a collection of works inspired by the daily lives of people in Recife, Brazil, with particular attention to the Milagres Community. Through these paintings, the artist sought to depict ordinary moments with honesty and restraint, avoiding embellishment or sentimentality. Her perspective, shaped by her role as a missionary, reflects both a deep engagement with the community and an acute awareness of the limitations of her own ability to alleviate their daily struggles.
Being Given
Being Given represents one of the artist’s earliest explorations in painting, a foundational series in which she began observing and rendering the world around her. Drawing inspiration from friends, family, and the ordinary details of daily life, the works capture moments of quiet intimacy and simplicity.
